Talk to motivate students' interest in science and engineering

Members of IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) gave an educational talk to students of PJN Pg Abu Bakar Secondary School in Kampong Pandan, Kuala Belait yesterday morning. From BSP, Dr William Voon and Mr Terry D Jayasuriya jointly spoke on behalf of IET Brunei Darussalam to promote and motivate nearly 100 students from Year Eight and Year Nine on science and engineering subjects. They spoke on how science can improve and benefit the living standards of mankind and how it also helps in energy conversation and development of green technology. The talk was held at the school library.
