Forty-four secondary students from SM PJN Pg Haji Abu Bakar in Kampong Pandan, Kuala Belait, accompanied by two school counsellors, Cikgu Dk Zunainah Pg Haji Aliuddin and Cikgu Habsbul Wafi Fakri bin Abdullah @ Bundan, went on an educational visit to the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAF) headquarters, in Kampong Rimba.
During their study visit, students attended briefings by RBAF officers where they learnt about the different career opportunities available to them at the air force. They also watched video clips regarding Brunei's air force.
While at the hangar, the group was given a tour by RBAF personnel. They checked out helicopters as well as some of the equipment and facilities available to all three wings of the army.
The main objectives of the visit were to provide students with first-hand knowledge of the RBAF and expose them to the array of equipment at their disposal. |
